Heartstrings & Horizons
I’ve designed a group for moms with rising juniors and seniors that will meet monthly throughout the school year, starting in August 2025. Because the last two years of high school is often a roller coaster ride of stress and emotions not only for the kids but for the moms, too, I wanted to provide these women with their own network of support as they do the heavy lifting of preparing their kids for launch.
As students close out their high school career, life is dominated by SAT tutors, AP exams, college visits, Common App essays, proms, and “Wasn’t I just taking my child to their first day of kindergarten moments?” Here, you can share your frustrations but also celebrate the joys and fun times of these final high school years. It’s all very bittersweet.
As graduation day approaches, we know that our kids face big changes ahead, but if we’re honest with ourselves, we know that they’re not the only ones. As moms support their kids in figuring out their next steps, there is a very real need for women to figure out theirs as well.
Some of the big questions that this group will address include: “What is my role in my child’s life?”, “How do I continue to guide my child once they’re off to college (or wherever their path takes them)?”, “Is my child ready?” and “Who am I besides a mom?”
I am excited to support women as they to redefine their role as a mom and re-establish their identity beyond “Mom”.

Pause & Power
Pause and Power is a support group for perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal women. The struggle is real, and here, you will find yourself in the company of other women who believe you and your complaints, understand the impact of these changes on your sense of self, and are also looking for peace.
Early bird registration discounts are available for the in-person group. Now through June 30th: $450 July 1st-July 20th: $475 After July 20th: $495
